3 - Keep Calm | Dealing With Stress

How does stress relate to personality type?

Following on from the first two workshops in the programme, this one explores a very important part of your personality and how it affects your personal stress triggers and responses.

Being aware of this aspect of yourself, and recognising its effects, is a crucial step in personal development. We also explore the Anima and Animus archetypes and how they create tension and balance within the personality.

Expect practical stress-busting tips tailored to you. You will also be amazed at how differently other group members experience everyday stress.

Why people love this workshop:

"Great workshop to understand ones own stress reactions and how to predict them. It breaks down stress in to a personal entity which one can get to know and can thus control the harmful effects of it. To be forewarned is to be forearmed."

Isobel, 39

"I am currently under a lot of stress at work so need as many tools in my armoury as possible to ensure I can cope. I feel I have learned a lot of strategies to help me from these events. I have told colleagues, friends and family how interesting and informative I felt they were and will continue to spead the word."

Paula, 50

"The Stress Workshop was informative, supportive and reassuring about the impact of stress, the understanding of individual personality stress triggers and potentially how to balance the stress response on both a personal level and importantly around the wider relationships level"

Robert, 59
